  Amanda Marie Knox was born on July 9 in 1987.  She is an American journalist activist, author, and author.   Following the murder of Meredith Kercher in 2007 Knox was wrongly found guilty and was sentenced to nearly four years in jail in Italy. Knox was an exchange student and lived in the apartment with Perugia.   The Italian Supreme Court of Cassation has acquitted Knox in the year 2015.   Knox was just twenty-one years old when she was arrested, contacted police upon returning home to Kercher and Kercher's home.
