Jennifer Connelly

 Jennifer Lynn Connelly (born December 12, 1970) is an American actress. After starting her career as a childmodel when she was a child, she made her acting debut in 1984's crime movie Once Upon a Time in America. After modeling for many years, she chose to concentrate on acting. She starred in several films, like the horror film Phenomena (1985), Labyrinth (1986) and Career Opportunities (1991) and The Rocketeer (1991). Connelly was praised for her role in Dark City (1998), and for her performance as Alicia Nash in Ron Howard’s biopic A Beautiful Mind (2001). The films she has since appeared in include the superhero film Hulk (2003), the horror film Dark Water (2005), the psychological drama Little Children (2006), the drama film Blood Diamond (2006), the science-fiction film The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008), the romantic comedy Not That You (2009), the romantic comedy He's Just Not That Into You (2009), and the biopic Creation (2009). She played supporting roles in Aronofsky’s biblical epic film Noah (2014), as also the roles in Top Gun: Maverick (2022) and Alita Battle Angel (1914). Connelly has appeared in the TNT dystopian television show Snowpiercer since 2020.
